What’s Time: No Memories Left Behind

2022, Stop Motion Animation (01:22)

As a sequela of the pandemic, I often find myself questioning behaviors through the lens of COVID regulation standards, even when watching fictional TV shows and movies. The urge to keep people away from each other and put masks on everyone in public has become a demon lurking in my subconsciousness. Therefore, I record my responses in a time-based and sequential art form as a scene rebuilt based on my experience of watching the movie “Who Am I: No System is Safe”. Sometimes, I inadvertently contrast two scenarios: livings long before COVID and those long afterward. Although things are slowly returning to normal, I believe some degree of alertness is still dormant deep within us, waiting to be awakened.
